Scheduling Work

Work in HSC Cloud can be scheduled against assets in several ways.

• Work Scheduler - Scheduled work allows scheduling a workflow against all assets of the same asset class in an account. This work is always available to be completed, and show due or not due based on its schedule.
• Work Orders - Work to be completed once, with or without a schedule. Word orders can be manually created against an individual asset, created based on a trigger when a workflow report is completed or an asset is saved, or created as a part of a route.
• Routes - A collection of work orders created against nay number of assets, all with the same scheduling.
