Reporting and Analytics

HSC Cloud features various built-in reporting and analytics to review and manage your users and the work they do. When work is done in HSC Cloud, either by a human completing a workflow or by a machine or other business system via our API, those workflow reports are available through the reports in HSC Cloud or through custom reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Both applications will consume data the same way, by requesting the data using their respective data formulas. Whether you are using Excel or Sheets, HSC Could provides easy to use add-ins and examples that make custom reporting easy.
